I was using the touchpad of my Lenovo computer windows 10 and it suddenly stopped working. So I turned off and on the computer thinking that it would fix the issue. However now the cursor is non-existent. Even when I'm imputing my password the cursor doesn't show up.1) When my mouse cursor disappears, I can find it with the control key. The only place it is visible is in editable fields like a word doc or the entry field I am typing in now. If I go anywhere else on this page I see nothing. The first time it happens, I can go into the pointer settings and accept my default pointer to be able to view it ...updating the driver. disabling and enabling the mouse. disabling the "hide mouse while typing" option. enabling cursor trails/cursor shadows. changing the cursor sprite to a different cursor. restarting the computer. plugging in a different mouse. so far the only thing i've figured out to help is the "press ctrl to find your mouse" key but all ....
