Glock 30 vs glock 30sf.
I have a 21sf as a duty weapon, and off duty I generally carry a 30sf as my personal weapon. There is a significant difference in recoil between the two. I find the 21sf to be far more accurate due to the slide length and overall weight. When it comes to the 30s vs the 30sf I tend to find the s model to be just a little snappier than the sf.
Glock reduced the backstrap circumference just a teeny bit. I reach the 30 fine, but the 30 sf seems awesome feeling to me. The G30 (32.50MM wide) is just a little bit wider than the G26 (30MM wide). The XD45 is right in between the 30 and 36 in terms of width. I was surprised when I put the XD next to the 36 and the 36 was just a touch thinner. Back to the 30 and XD, I personally like the XD a lot. For 9mm, Glock wins over XD, and in 45 XD wins over Glock. Nov 23, 2014 · I've had both the 21 and the SF, as well as the 30 and SF. Aside from the way they fit my hand, I could find no difference. Accuracy and reliability are on par throughout the four. As for any real differences, you would have to explore the Generation 3's and 4's. The best defense is a good offense, and I'm really offensive.
The 30SF/36 hybrid is dimensionally almost identical to the G19, and it actually fits perfectly in the same Crossbreed holster.
